These are the following symptoms of pregnancy:
1. Pregnancy Puffy” Face
The first pregnancy symptoms are puffy face. Usually during the third trimester, most women wake up each morning with a swollen face. This is due to increased blood circulation, and is often not harmful.

3. Puffy Pregnancy Eyelids
Puffiness around the eyes is another common side effect of certain hormonal changes women may have while pregnant. Puffy eyelids may interfere with side vision.
What to do: As a rule of thumb, don’t skimp on your water intake and stick to a moderate diet, low in sodium and caffeine. Placing makeup or using eyelid creams can cover the effect.
4. Dry Eyes Symptom
In a survey 42% of women reported suffering with dry, irritated and uncomfortable feeling eyes during pregnancy. Hormonal changes such as those experienced during pregnancy symptoms can increase the risk of dry irritated feeling eyes, many new mums are unaware this is a side effect of being pregnant.

5. Blue Veins On Breasts
Blue lines may appear on your breasts as they may on your abdomen. They show up because of the enlargement of the blood in the pregnant body, and the way the body prepares for the enlargement of the breasts for the future breastfeeding.

7. Spider Veins on Legs
Some pregnant women have spider veins on the face, neck, upper chest or arms. These small, red spots have lines branching out from them. Spider veins are tiny blood vessels that appear because of increased blood circulation. Hormonal changes may cause them too.
What to do: Nothing, Most of these marks disappear or fade after delivery. In the meanwhile spider veins on face can be covered with make up foundation. Spider veins on legs can be controlled by compression stockings as well as creams and lotions.
8. Pregnancy Varicose Veins
They may appear as swollen crooked purplish, bluish or dark colored veins in the legs. They show up at the second or third trimester mainly because of the relaxation of the veins valves.
In overweight women who the appearance of varicose veins can be sign of pregnancy. In some cases they can cause pain. The good news is that varicose veins tend to improve after you give birth, particularly if you didn’t have any before you got pregnant.

10. Enlarged Uterus
Within two weeks of conception your uterus starts enlarging. An enlarged uterus is most noticeable when it causes mild, stabbing pains. However, as it becomes more distended, you may notice a swelling of the abdomen. Minimal, slight cramping and bloating may also occur.

Some pregnant women develop tiny polyps, called skin tags, in areas where skin rubs on clothing or skin rubs together. Commonly found under the arms, between neck folds, or under bra lines on the chest, skin tags are caused by hyperactive growth of a superficial layer of skin.

12. Vaginal Discharge Changes
Vaginal discharge can be varied, and often a golden discharge is an early sign of pregnancy. Beware of infections and have them treated ASAP.
Your cervix produces fluids during pregnancy that help to keep the vaginal canal clean and infection free. This increased moisture and the change in acid levels of the vagina make the area easily susceptible to a yeast infection.
13. Pregnancy Sleeping Problems Insomnia
The gathering of early pregnancy symptoms can cause problems when trying to sleep at night. There are many reasons you may have trouble drifting off to deep sleep during pregnancy.
Some of the more common problems include frequent urination, an unquiet mind, stress, sore breasts, leg cramps or the inability to get into a comfortable position.
What to do: Try to sleep with some pillows to cushion legs or shoulders up. Do not go to sleep straight after a heavy meal. Try not to ‘think’ about efforts to go to sleep. Some find a warm bath relaxing (it expands the veins), try a relaxing atmosphere some scented candles; relaxing massage; mellow music or imagine places you have visited.
